How do I place an order?
To place an order, you need to purchase cash prepaid credits before placing
an order. Refer to our Billing & Payment FAQ
for more info on credits top-up.
How do I confirm on an order?
Use the Instant Standard Price List or the Express Custom Quote tool to
generate a quotations. You can place a confirmation on any of the created quotations
by clicking on the "Confirm Order" button. You must have sufficient credits to fulfil
the quotation amount in order to confirm its order.
How do I pay for a confirmed order?
When you confirm on an order, your credits will be automatically deducted
from your available credits. You will receive an warning prompt if you do not have
enough credits.
What is the cut-off time for your daily orders?
Our cut-time time is at 3pm. All orders submitted after this time will
be placed and processed on the next working day. We apologize for any inconvenience
caused, thank you.
How long will my order be processed?
Duration of each order varies with the nature of the product as well as
the quantities. Please refer to our process duration chart for more details:

How do I track the status of my placed order?
You can track the status of your order via the Order Status page accessible
via the member's menu upon login. For courier delivery tracking, you can use the
SkyNet tracking tool accessible on our home page.
How do I review my past purchases?
All past orders are listing along with the orders placed. The only difference
is that completed orders are given the status "delivered/collected".
Can I get a refund of credits for errorneous printing?
You can get a reprint for errors on printing side. However you will not
get a reprint for your own errors (e.g. spelling mistakes). For printing in large
quatities, there is a 10% allowance on color variation, as well as 3% allowance
on quantities due to errors in any production process. This will not deem as grounds
for requesting for a reprint. Reprints will be granted if the variable exceeds these
allowances. Note for reprints, no changes are allowed on the submitted artwork.
